Thoughtful design is a Moser hallmark—and practical details make all the difference in the Element Bookshelf. Designed to complement the Element Desk and Credenza, the bookcase uses the same exposed feathered miter joint, providing both a beautiful visual moment and a celebration of honest construction. The Element Bookcase is available in two standard sizes and can be customized to most any size and shelf configuration whether for a home office, conference room, or executive suite. Available in walnut or cherry as standards, it can also be made in most any other American hardwood of your choice.

The Element Bookshelf is noteworthy in its restraint, favoring a simple, utilitarian structure that recruits open space as a vital design accent. Freed of a closed back and sides, the bookshelf’s open, airy profile focuses attention as much on what it holds– whether a library of first editions, framed photographs or other accents of everyday life.
The small Element Bookshelf has two fixed shelves at the top and bottom, and two adjustable middle shelves, resulting in a compact profile with abundant capacity. The large version incorporates three fixed shelves – top, center and bottom – with four adjustable shelves. The shelves – like the supporting structure – are crafted of durable North American hardwood, meticulously finished to expose its striking grain structure. The adjustable shelves rest on secure pins, which can move to alter their height.
The frame of the bookshelf is comprised of straight lengths of hardwood, with intricate exposed finger joints at the top corners, and wooden pins at the base. It’s uncompromisingly durable and will keep its integrity for a lifetime – even generations.
Designed by Adam Rogers, the Element Collection was first introduced at NeoCon 2013, where the Element Desk and Credenza earned a silver award for Case Goods at the Contract Magazine Best of Neocon Awards.
