The Edo Studio Chair draws inspiration from an esteemed roster of historical precedents: the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, Scandinavian and Shaker designs, and even our own American Bungalow Collection. The combination comes together in a unified whole, effortlessly integrating disparate features to produce a singular profile that’s characteristic of Moser.

Solid, versatile, refined.
Crafted with a wide, carved plank seat, the Edo Studio Chair provides a smaller footprint while providing both stability and comfort. The gently carved crest echoes the illusory lines of the seat and apron, and reverse-tapered legs are cut with three facets to accentuate the play of light. The effect is a solid and versatile chair that outlines space with minimal visual effect, fulfilling the potential of an exercise in optical refinement.
It’s All In the Details
Made to complement its companion chairs and any dining table, the Edo Studio Chair is a credit to our designers and craftsmen, made ageless by its utility, simplicity, strength, and beauty.
