As a nod to Shaker simplicity and the gentle flow of natural forms, the Pasadena Hall Table seems as much grown as constructed. The base structure of the table is made of four simple legs that are all shaped by hand. The legs integrate with the tabletop with precise joinery, providing sufficient durability that avoids the need for spreaders for support. The result is airy, moving, and practical.
The tabletop is noteworthy for its subtle but complex edges, which roll down to follow the same path as the legs. The broad expanse of hardwood highlights its grain, with a hand finish that can endure use without aesthetic or structural compromise.
