As a craftsperson at Thos. Moser, I’ve found a profound appreciation for the artistry and precision that goes into furniture building. Before joining the team, I had little knowledge of the meticulous attention given to every detail, from spindle selection to color matching to flawless joinery. It wasn’t until I went on a tour of the shop that I truly grasped the magnitude of Moser’s reputation for excellence.

As a child, woodworking intrigued me, and I was largely influenced by my father’s passion for the craft. Witnessing the dedication and pride exuded by each team member during my interview sealed the deal for me. It was evident that Moser wasn’t just a workplace—it was a community of artisans committed to their craft.
