In 2018, they constructed a new tasting room with a sustainable design. To furnish the space, they chose Thos. Moser, a company that shares its commitment to quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Using sustainably harvested maple for the benches, table tops, and signage added a handcrafted warmth, while the industrial powder-coated steel bases ensured durability for years of use. The result is a distinctive and sustainable space that exemplifies their motto, “Do What’s Right,” blending traditional design, modern technology, and a vision for the future.
