Vita Museum Bench
$3,310.00 – $3,800.00
Consistent with our Vita Collection, the Vita Museum Bench is an acknowledgment of the design philosophy of master architect Mies van der Rohe. Like his work, the Vita Bench makes more of less, constructed of two simple, sophisticated elements and topped with a seat of leather or fabric upholstery. The contemporary feel of the bench remains true to the Moser aesthetic, applying the stark simplicity seen in some of our Shaker-inspired pieces.

Crafted of a simple laminated cherry or walnut arch and a solid horizontal platform, the structure of the Vita Museum Bench is elemental. The leg is made of a strong laminate, which is bent and cured in place, cementing its form for a lifetime of use.
The seat of the Vita Museum Bench employs an interlocking series of cherry or walnut boards, secured to the seat and reinforced by a pair of solid wooden wedges. Providing ample space for two or even three occupants, the appeal of the bench is enhanced by the use of a tufted cushion. Covered in either fabric or leather, the contrast of rich cherry or deep walnut and its accompanying cushion marries both solid and soft to provide both visual and physical satisfaction.
