Syracuse, NY | 2014
Completed in 2014, Dineen Hall established a new home for Syracuse University's College of Law and became the first academic building completed as part of the University's West Campus expansion. Designed by Gluckman Mayner Architects, the 200,000-square-foot facility brings together classrooms, a law library, ceremonial courtroom, collaborative spaces, and student amenities within a light-filled environment that encourages connection and learning.
Working closely with Gluckman Mayner's award-winning design team, Thos. Moser helped bring the firm's vision to life by thoughtfully reinterpreting a suite of custom furnishings—including tables, library carrels, and chairs—into pieces engineered for lasting performance, sustainability, and everyday use. The collaboration extended beyond the drawing board when the architects visited our workshop in Maine to explore our approach to craftsmanship and our capabilities in producing custom furnishings for large-scale architectural projects. The result is a collection of furniture that complements the building's enduring architecture while supporting generations of students, faculty, and visitors.
