​​Your Thos. Moser furniture is made from premium hardwood provided by nature. The unique characteristics and the subtle variations in grain and color are important elements in our designs. Great care is taken to skillfully match the individual boards that make up every piece of our furniture.

Our furniture is finished with oil and lacquer. After each piece of furniture is carefully hand-sanded, it receives a coat of our proprietary oil blend. A day’s drying time is allowed, and the piece is lightly sanded, ready for the final finish.

After oiling, our pieces are finished with catalyzed lacquer. This finish is water, solvent, and household chemical resistant and does not require routine maintenance.

To clean, dust regularly with a soft dry cloth. When necessary, furniture can be wiped with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Re-wipe any remaining moisture immediately with a dry cloth.

With its modern, geometric hourglass shape, the Pasadena Arm Chair takes its cue from the Pasadena Dining Table, which is in itself a study in static fluidity. Crafted in hand-sculpted American hardwood, the chair appears to be more carved than assembled. Its shapely legs are faceted and splayed to provide stability without the bulk.

The seats are wide and as comfortable as any solid wood dining chair could be without upholstery. The slender outlines defining the back and top rail scroll up from a strong foundation, divided by a central back splat to support its broad profile. The hidden joinery in the chair's arm gives the sense that they weren't crafted but grown, providing smooth, seamless, and integral support for the user.

Designed to work together with any element in the Pasadena Collection, the Pasadena Arm Chair offers a fine complement to other collections. It is a striking contrast to more linear furnishings.
