Vita Museum Bench

Vita Museum Bench

$4,550.00 - $5,915.00 $3,185.00 - $4,140.00

Consistent with our Vita Collection, the Vita Museum Bench is an acknowledgment of the design philosophy of master architect Mies van der Rohe. Like his work, the Vita Bench makes more of less, constructed of two simple, sophisticated elements and topped with a seat of leather upholstery. The contemporary feel of the bench remains true to the Moser aesthetic, applying the stark simplicity seen in some of our Shaker-inspired pieces.

Anatomy of the Vita Museum Bench

The Leg

The arching leg is made of a strong laminate, bent and cured in place, cementing its form for a lifetime of use.

The Seat

The Vita Museum Bench’s seat employs an interlocking series of cherry or walnut boards, secured to the seat and reinforced by a pair of solid wooden wedges. Providing ample space for two or even three occupants, the bench’s appeal is enhanced by the use of a tufted cushion.

It’s All In the Details

Our benches pair well with a number of our dining tables and chairs and can fill an entryway or sit at the foot of a bed. Several of our benches can be made to different lengths to accommodate a variety of uses.
