If you could do any job for a day, what would it be?

I would do anything that would allow me to help kids and to work with kids.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Being a father and being able to spend time with my kids.

Rob is grateful for everything that he’s learned since joining Thos. Moser some ten years ago. He began his career here assembling chairs and now works on operating and programing all of our CNC machines. He says, “I always imagined that I would just be a worker, I never thought I would have the opportunity to learn what I have learned.”

Robs favorite chair component to make is a piece of the Chaise that required nine pieces of machinery to create. “It was really a great way to learn because you had to know how to use all the machinery just to make that one little part and you can’t even see it unless you flip the whole entire chair over,” he explained.

Rob takes great pride in his family; he loves to spend time with his wife and his two children and enjoys helping his wife around the house. Working at Thos. Moser has helped him to develop a keener eye when it comes to projects around the house; he now takes the time to do everything just a little bit better. He also loves to go to the movies, “It has to be a serious movie though, anything that really pulls at your heartstrings.”
