SpeakEasy II - Marimba in Good Company

Thos. Moser and Camerata Pacifica invite you to a special evening of music and dialogue at our Los Angeles Showroom in Culver City on Wednesday, September 15th.

Camerata Pacifica, called "the best chamber music reason to get out of the house" by the Los Angeles Times, presents the second in our SpeakEasy performance series at the Thos Moser LA Showroom. Percussionist Ji Hye Jung is back with her Marimba, but this time with friends; Flautist and Artistic Director Adrian Spence and Principal Violinist Catherine Leonard. Join us for an informal evening that combines music and dialog offering audiences a closer look into the musical process and a chance to hear music in an intimate setting.

Architectronic: honoring architecture as art or in abstraction

This group exhibit highlights three artists who focus on architecture or architectural elements as their subject, either directly honoring architecture as art or in abstraction; inferring the original structure, bending its form to create a new visual element. The artists are:

Agata Preyzner - Abstract Painting
Gil Mares - Photography

Curated by Faraci Art +Design this show is part of the our alternative gallery space program, highlighting national and local artists in each of the Thos. Moser furniture showrooms across the country.

DESIGN CHALLENGE
Thank you to all of our customers and design industry friends who came out to celebrate with the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) and American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) as we announced the winners of the first-ever Thos. Moser Student Design Challenge at the showroom on April 13th!

We couldn't be more thrilled with the high quality of design work that was accomplished by the students, and the enthusiastic response from everyone who helped make this program successful. Thank you all!

Our seventh national showroom is located in the Helms Bakery Building in Culver City, just west of downtown Los Angeles. This 4,000 square foot space has been renovated with sustainable and green products, and design installations that evoke our deep connection to the sustainable bequest of the great American black cherry forests, our signature wood species.
