Presenting the porcelain sculptures of Anna Kasabian

It was just two years ago that interior design and architecture author Anna Kasabian introduced her handmade porcelain tableware and collectibles.

Her work as a porcelain artist is a direct extension of her design writing. Both, she says, are about inspiring people to make their homes beautiful, comfortable and authentic.

Each of Anna’s porcelain pieces is an original, created in her hand, without a wheel, and hand glazed. Her signature shapes recall the characteristics of flower petals and blooms, seashells and sea waves and are finished in snow white, high gloss glaze.

Anna Kasabian’s porcelain has been shown in House Beautiful Magazine, Garden Design Magazine, New England Home Magazine, the Boston Globe, and various style blogs including Style Carrot and Shelteriffic.

Veranda Magazine will feature her work in the Spring of 2015.

Her 13th design book, “Jennifer Post, Pure Space, Elegant Minimalism”, a monograph on this renowned designer, was named one of the Top 35 Best Design Books in 2012 by House Beautiful Magazine.
