DELIVERY

Our commitment to quality doesn’t stop at the loading dock. Our delivery partners are committed to providing a "white glove" delivery service that exceeds your expectations. With drivers trained to handle our specific requirements, they take great pride in their work – and in ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Blanket Wrapping
Our furniture is shipped with same care with which it is built. After the many hours we’ve spent building, sanding and finishing your furniture, we want it to arrive at your home without a scratch. We carefully blanket wrap each piece and supervise the packing on to the truck.

Delivery Time
Most orders take 10 to 12 weeks to build. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 5 weeks depending on your location. When you place your order, we will give you an estimated completion date. When your order is nearing completion, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery.

Upon Arrival
When your furniture arrives it will be unwrapped by the delivery crew and positioned in any room you choose, any required assembly will be completed (such as setting up a bed with your mattress and box spring), and remove any packing material.

Delivery Fees
Our handling and delivery fee is 10% of the regular list price for all standard pieces (please note that shipping fees are taxable in New York state, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania). For standard pieces priced over $7,500, such as our large case pieces, the handling and delivery fee will not exceed $750 per item. Some custom pieces, pieces that need special handling, and deliveries beyond the contiguous United States may require a custom quoted handling and delivery charge.

Providing this level of service costs a bit more than using large carriers who ship via crates and only blanket wrap the furniture for the "white glove" delivery to your doorstep. Thos. Moser furniture requires a level of care that they’re simply not accustomed to. We keep our shipping charges as low as possible, and we don’t try to hide them in our prices. Any profit we might make comes from building furniture, not moving it.

Delivery Damage
Despite extreme care, damage can sometimes occur in delivery. We ask our clients to carefully inspect each piece and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing or refuse to accept the piece. In either case, contact us and we will take steps to address the situation as quickly as possible.

Special Circumstances
If you live in a remote area, have a small order, or have unique scheduling concerns, we might send your order by a common carrier service that can accommodate your needs. We can also ship some of our smaller items in boxes for faster delivery if requested.

International Orders & Island Destinations
For orders to be delivered outside of the contiguous United States or to a destination that requires boat or ferry service, please call for estimated delivery charges.
