Production Supervisor, 1997

I first got to know the company from growing up just down the street from the shop. The idea of woodworking always intrigued me, so when my brother-in-law, who was working here, told me there was a job opening in 1997, I hustled right over and applied.

I was a cabinetmaker for 23 years before I took on the role of Production Supervisor, so I have a solid understanding of what it takes to create pieces and support the folks who are making them. That can mean anything from trying out new tools, exploring new ways to do things or anything in between.
