Customer In Residence Program
We require a 50% deposit using a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card to initiate your online order. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation to ensure your order information is accurate. The balance will be due prior to shipment. When you place your order you may choose to have us charge your credit card for the balance prior to shipping your order. Otherwise, when your order is nearing completion we will contact you to arrange payment. For balance due payments we accept money orders, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

If your furniture is delivered to or picked up in any of the following states, we are required to charge applicable state sales tax: Maine (5.0%), Massachusetts (6.25%), Connecticut (6.35%), New York (8.875%, plus local taxes in many cases), California (9.5%, plus local taxes in many cases), and Pennsylvania (6%). Please note that shipping fees are taxable in New York state, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Texas.
Upholstery and Leather Selections
Due to the large and ever changing number of upholstery and leather options that are available, online orders are placed without specifying specific fabric or leather choices. If you are ordering pieces online that require upholstery or leather, we will contact you to verify your preferences and help make your selection

Shipping Your Order
Most of our furniture is delivered by Clark & Reid, our award-winning shipping partner. Your furniture will be carefully blanket-wrapped for shipment and delivered by trained moving professionals. When your furniture arrives it will be unpacked and positioned in any room you choose, and the packing materials will be removed. Your order may be sent by common carrier if you live in a remote location, have a small order or have special scheduling needs.
Our handling and delivery fee is 10% of the regular list price for all standard pieces (please note that shipping fees are taxable in New York state, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut). For standard pieces priced over $7,500, such as our large case pieces, the handling and delivery fee will not exceed $750 per item. Some custom pieces, pieces that need special handling, and deliveries outside the continental USA may require a custom quoted handling and delivery charge. These fees cover our costs only and do not earn a profit for Thos. Moser. There are no shipping fees or taxes on
We build handcrafted furniture to order; therefore most items are not in stock. Most orders take 12 to 16 weeks to build. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 6 weeks depending on your location. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive a written order confirmation with a completion date. When your order is complete we will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery.

On orders for custom pieces, we require a non-refundable $200 design deposit to initiate drawings for your approval. The deposit will be credited to your order. Due to the extra development time involved, lead times on custom-designed pieces are generally 2-4 weeks longer than standard pieces. Changing or Canceling Your Online Order
If you have placed an order through our website that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-708-9703 or 207-784-3332.
Our Lifetime Guarantee
If within the first 30 days after receiving any standard Thos. Moser product you do not remain completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund for the price of your piece or rebuild it.
will ensure a lifetime of satisfied use from your Thos. Moser furniture. Should our furniture fail at any time during the life of the original owner because of workmanship or a failure of the wood materials, we will either repair or replace it. Upholstery components such as fabrics, leather, cane, and foam are warranted for a period of 5 years against material failure. Some customer requested wood species, finishes, fabric selections and modifications are excluded.
