Both Jane McNichol and Jim Conboy are Philadelphia transplants for whom Manhattan is now home.
Jane McNichol’ s exhibit feature many of her still life paintings and monoprints of her outdoor work. She is a fan of the unadorned landscape and is drawn to the open spaces and the natural light of the lands. Many of her works are of the New Jersey seashore and elsewhere along the eastern seaboard where tidal marshlands meet the water and the horizon. Jane’s work is both spiritual and magical. Jane is a MacDowell Fellow and her paintings hang in more than 40 private collections and numerous corporate ones. See more at
